High School or Adult 12 Transcripts (Only Available Online)
The official record of high school completion is known as the Transcript of Secondary Level Achievement. Individuals wanting to view or share their high school transcript or Adult 12 transcript must order them online.
There is no pick-up service available.
1. Guidance
Only marks from grades 10, 11 and 12 are available from the Ministry of Education. This includes the Adult 12 transcript. If you want grade 9 marks, please contact your school or school division.
Transcripts that include final marks from January and June are released in February and July.
Transcript Fees
There is a $15 non-refundable “share credit” fee (per recipient). The share credit allows the individual to view their transcript and/or share it with an education organization or third party. Once shared, the receiver will have access to the transcript, including all new marks and updates, until such time as access is revoked. Individuals will be able to view their shared transcript until any changes are made. To view the updated transcript themselves, a new share credit will need to be purchased.
Payment Method
Secure online payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards that have the three or four digit CVC number on the back of the card. Your payment card will contain a charge called “ARUCCMYCREDSMESCERTIF, CALGARY.”
2. Eligibility
Transcripts are available to anyone who has completed a Saskatchewan high school course.
3. How To Request Your Transcript
High school and Adult 12 transcripts are accessed through the MyCreds™ Learner Portal.
Documents shared through MyCreds™ are sent directly from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education and are tamper-evident and cryptographically signed, making them authentic and official.
To access your transcript, you will first need to fill out the Request for High School and Adult 12 Transcripts form at the link below. The information provided will be used to search for your transcript record. If it is located, it will be securely transmitted to MyCreds™ and you will receive an email from MyCreds™ | MesCertifMC indicating there is a document (transcript) available. Please follow the link in that email to register your account with MyCreds™. You will need to buy a “share credit” to view and/or share your transcript.
If no record is found or it cannot be verified, you will be contacted by Student and Educator Services via the email address provided with more information.
