Clicking the apply online button will direct you to the Saskatchewan Account login screen on Saskatchewan.ca.
Once you get there:

I have a Saskatchewan Account and I have set up the Health Card service on my account: Sign in to your account and select that service, follow the instructions to apply for your health card.

I have a Saskatchewan Account but I don't have the Health Card service set up: Sign in to your account and follow the instructions to add the Health Card service. Then you can start the process to apply for your health card.

I don't have a Saskatchewan Account: You'll need a Saskatchewan Account to apply for a new health card or make changes to your account online. Once you click the "order online" button above, click on "Create Account" on the Saskatchewan Account page on Saskatchewan.ca. Follow the instructions to set up your account, then add Health Card as a service. Then you can start the process to apply for your health card.
