Once your application is submitted, you will receive notifications by email or text regarding the status of your application and confirmation of your eligibility. To receive these notifications, you will need to ensure you have turned on alerts for your Saskatchewan Account.
If approved, you will manage your SEI through your Saskatchewan Account. Through your Saskatchewan Account you can update your address, contact information updates, and upload documents for any circumstance changes.
If you need additional assistance, please submit an online communication form from your SEI account and a Ministry of Social Services employee will reach out to you within five business days.
If you have a child aged 13-17 that requires child care due to special circumstances such as a child with a disability, you can download and submit a MSS special circumstance child care referral form.
