Printable Applications and Forms

Tip: Applying online is the fastest way to apply for student aid! The processing time for paper applications is typically up to four weeks.

Paper forms are available if you are unable to apply online, your application requires supporting documentation or you are submitting a document on behalf of an applicant. You can download printable forms and submit them online through the Post-Secondary Document Uploader tool, or by mail to the Student Service Centre.
