Public Notice
The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(21) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry and under the registry number 12313, or under the NPP file Number 2003-600569 a description of the following work:
Bridge replacement on Highway 55, C.S. 55-14 over Green River approximately 0.82 km west of the junction of Highway 55 with Highway 155 near Green Lake, Saskatchewan. The Land Location of the project is Section 28, Township 56, Range 18, West of the 2nd Meridian, and Latitude 54.8850 & Longitude -105.7482.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Comment Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above referenced number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to:
