The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Navigable Waters Registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its description.

Pursuant to paragraph 7(21) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry and under the registry number 11795, or under the NPP file Number 2024-613549 a description of the following work:

Bridge replacement on Highway 106, C.S. 106-01 km 49.3 over White Gull Lake, north of Smeaton, SK in, on, over, under, through or across White Gull Creek north of Smeaton in front of lot number Section 28, Township 56, Range 18, West of the 2nd Meridian.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Comment Project Search site mentioned above under the Comment section (search by the above referenced number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to:
