The Energy Regulation Division of the Ministry of Energy and Resources has concluded consultations with the oil and gas industry on proposed amendments to Directive PNG025: Licensee Liability Rating (LLR) Program. The amended directive was completely redrafted to consolidate the LLR requirements and to define rules in support of new programs introduced through The Financial Security and Site Closure Regulations (FSSCR).
