Saskatchewan continues to lead the nation in economic recovery with July 2021 manufacturing sales increasing 56.8 per cent (seasonally adjusted) compared to July 2020, the highest increase among all provinces.

"These manufacturing numbers show Saskatchewan's economy remains strong and is well positioned to continue leading the country in economic growth," Trade and Export Development Minister Jeremy Harrison said. Saskatchewan also saw 3.7 per cent growth in seasonally adjusted manufacturing sales between July 2021 and June 2021, the second highest increase among provinces.
