The Government of Saskatchewan has formally requested for an investigation by the Provincial Ombudsman into the outbreak that occurred at Extendicare Parkside. The formal request was made in a letter from Minister Responsible for Seniors Everett Hindley.
The letter formally requesting the investigation is attached to this news release.
