Premier Scott Moe has sent a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau urging the Prime Minister to follow through on his commitment to set a formal meeting to discuss the frustrations of Saskatchewan people.The letter outlines the three terms of Premier Moe’s new deal with Canada, including a restructured equalization formula, a one-year pause on the federal carbon tax to allow for a re-evaluation of Saskatchewan’s Prairie Resilience emissions reduction plan, and the immediate construction of critical energy infrastructure including Trans-Mountain Expansion.
