The Government of Saskatchewan is helping to keep Meadow Lake safe with funding through Municipal Police Grants.“This funding shows our commitment to public safety,” Trade and Export Development Minister and Meadow Lake MLA Jeremy Harrison said on behalf of Corrections and Policing Minister Christine Tell. “The Government of Saskatchewan is proud to work with the City of Meadow Lake and the RCMP on the common goal of reducing crime.”
The Municipal Police Grant supports enhanced community policing throughout the city in the areas of chronic offenders, youth education programs, illegal drug activity, and traffic safety.
