Nominations Now Open for the Premier's Award for Excellence in the Public Service

Deadline is August 31

Nominations will be open until August 31 for the 2016 Premier’s Award for Excellence in the Public Service.

Individuals or teams from provincial government ministries as well as various Treasury Board Crown corporations, boards, commissions and agencies are eligible as nominees.

“On a daily basis, public servants diligently serve the people of Saskatchewan,” Premier Brad Wall said.  “This award is a way to honour their exceptional efforts.  I encourage everyone to consider nominating an individual or team that has gone over and above serving the citizens of Saskatchewan.”

Nominations can be made by the public service, stakeholder organizations, clients and the public.  Award recipients receive a pewter trophy, a lapel pin bearing the Saskatchewan coat of arms and a certificate to recognize their achievement.
