Weekly Construction Update
Construction crews are settling into their work as progress continues on more than 30 highway projects.
New work this week includes 17 kilometres of paving work on Highway 14 south of Wilkie. In addition, a couple of projects have finished up, including paving Highway 1 west of Qu’Appelle and grading and paving on Highways 55 and 26 near Meadow Lake.
The weekly construction update provides Saskatchewan residents with the latest details on projects underway to help plan safe and efficient travel throughout the summer and fall.

Drivers are reminded to slow to 60 km/hr when passing highway workers and equipment and observe the posted speed limits in construction zones.
The Government of Saskatchewan has invested a record $5.2 billion in transportation infrastructure since 2008.
