Offender Back in Custody

Released on October 16, 2014

Brandon Krewenchuk, 18, is back in custody after being incorrectly released from Regina Provincial Court on September 22, 2014.  He was arrested without incident early this morning in Regina.

As per policy, the matter is now under review.  The review will help determine the circumstances of the incorrect release and what could be done to prevent these types of incidents in the future.
 
Krewenchuk was previously charged with break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and theft.
