Premier Honours Public Servants

The 2014 Premier's Award for Excellence in the Public Service will be presented tonight in the provincial capital by Premier Brad Wall.

“I would like to thank those public servants for their hard work and dedication to helping serve the citizens of this great province,” Wall said. 

Provincial public employees are recognized in three categories: Innovation, Quality Service and Leadership.

The individuals and team recipients are:

  • Osman Rahman, Sale of Potash to Bangladesh, Executive Council (Innovation)
  • Education Sector Strategic Plan Team, Ministry of Education (Innovation)
  • Accounts Payable Centralization Team, Ministry of Finance (Innovation)
  • Building Partnerships to Reduce Crime Team, Ministry of Justice - Corrections and Policing (Innovation)
  • Red Tape Review: Liquor Regulatory Changes Team, Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (Leadership)
