New Deputy Minister for Ministry of Health

Deputy Minister to the Premier Doug Moen, has announced an appointment to the senior leadership of the Saskatchewan Public Service.

Max Hendricks has been appointed Deputy Minister of Health effective February 15, 2014.

Max brings in-depth knowledge of and experience with health service programs and administration.  He has held numerous senior level positions with the ministry progressing to Associate Deputy Minister.  He has been Acting Deputy Minster since July 2013.  Max has an impressive record with the Government of Saskatchewan and has designed and implemented programs and processes that have improved service delivery and increased performance accountability.

“I wish to thank Max for accepting this critical assignment and for his commitment to ensure we continue to grow a health care system that is responsive, integrated and efficient,” Moen said.
