Tracy Dietrich, operating as Caring Companions Private Care of Moose Jaw has been found guilty of one charge under Saskatchewan’s Labour Standards Act and was fined $310 in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on January 29, 2014.
The charge was laid after Ms. Dietrich failed to provide records to the Labour Standards Division of the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety. Two additional charges were withdrawn.
The Labour Standards Division supports fair and equitable workplace practices through public awareness and enforcement of The Labour Standards Act and regulations. Whenever necessary, violators will be prosecuted.
