Motorists are advised to be aware of upcoming and ongoing provincial highway construction projects while travelling throughout Saskatchewan.
"Remember, be alert when approaching any highway construction, obey all flag persons and slow to 60 km/hr when passing highway workers and equipment," Highways and Infrastructure Minister Jim Reiter said. "Drivers can also use the Highway Hotline for other important travel information."
New construction activity expected to be underway for this update period includes a bridge replacement on Highway 4 north of Glaslyn, microsurfacing on Highway 16 near Churchbridge, a bridge replacement on Highway 40 west of the Battlefords and a culvert replacement on Highway 950 northwest of Goodsoil.
