  • The amount of tax that will be collected per property class;
  • Municipal use of tax tools;
  • Use and impact of uniform mill rates and mill rate factors; and
  • Special tax levies applied and used.

The survey is based on responses and estimates established early in each taxing authority's fiscal year; therefore, the results will not necessarily correspond to the actual values reported at year end.
