School boards and employers of teachers must report to the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board (SPTRB) if a teacher has been suspended, terminated, retired or resigned due to professional incompetence or misconduct.
Any individual with complaints about the competence or conduct of a teacher may also lodge a complaint with the SPTRB.
