1. Password

Change Your Password

  1. Log in to Saskatchewan Account
  2. Click on the My Account tab. It is also available from the profile button in the header.
  3. From the left side select Security.
  4. In the password row click on the edit/pencil icon.
  5. Enter your current password and click Next.
  6. Enter your current password.
  7. Enter your new password.
  8. Confirm your new password.
  9. Click Save.

Password Requirements

Your password must be between 8 and 39 characters long. Password may not contain your first name, last name, email or username.

It must contain at least three of the following:

  • Uppercase (A-Z)
  • Lowercase (a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Special characters (such as # $ ! @ ^ & * % etc)

2. Support Code

When creating a new Saskatchewan Account, the support code is a 4-digit code you create yourself. You can change this support code at any time. In the future for support, we may ask you for this code to verify the account belongs to you.

Change Your Support Code

  1. Log in to Saskatchewan Account.
  2. Click on the My Account tab. It is also available from the profile button in the header.
  3. From the left side click Security.
  4. In the support code row click on the edit/pencil icon.
  5. Enter your current password and click Next.
  6. Enter your new support code.
  7. Click Save.

3. Two-Step Verification

Add an extra layer of security. Each time you sign into your account, you'll need your password and a verification code.

Turn On Two-Step Verification

  1. Log in to Saskatchewan Account.
  2. Click on the My Account tab. It is also available from the profile button in the header.
  3. From the left side click Security.
  4. In the two-step verification row click on the edit/pencil icon.
  5. Enter your current password and click Next.
  6. You may choose to set up two-step verification with a code sent to your mobile phone in a text message or using an Authenticator app. Click add a phone or set up authenticator app and follow the steps on the screen.

If you lose access to the mobile number or the authenticator app after setting up two-step verification, you will not be able to log into your account. You will need to contact Saskatchewan Account support to remove two-step verification.

Turn Off Two-Step Verification

  1. Log in to Saskatchewan Account.
  2. Click on the My Account tab. It is also available from the profile button in the header.
  3. From the left side click Security.
  4. In the two-step verification row click on the edit/pencil icon.
  5. Enter your current password and click Next.
  6. In the text message or authenticator row click the green Toggle to turn off. When selected the toggle with be white and a notification will pop up in the bottom right corner.
