The day promises to be full of networking and knowledge-sharing with industry experts.

Topics and speakers are:

  • Saskatchewan Agriculture Programs Update from the Swift Current office with Jason Falk, Agriculture Program Specialist, and Alanna Jonson, Agri-Environmental Specialist.
  • Richard Dyck, a local Program Advisor with SCIC, will provide an update on SCIC programs
  • Wheatland Conservation Area will provide updates on their research and demonstration projects, offering a closer look at local results applicable to your farm or shareable with your clients. Detailed results can be found on Wheatland Conservation Area’s website.
  • Ken Wall with Federated Coop Limited will share his expertise on biological products in agriculture.
  • A research update on ultra-early seeding wheat from Kui Lui from AAFC’s Swift Current Research and Development Centre.
  • Drew Lerner with World Weather Inc in Kansas will provide attendees a look at the weather outlook heading into seeding and the upcoming growing season.
