Investor Alert – Sachs International Not Registered in Saskatchewan

The Securities Division of the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) wants to inform Saskatchewan investors that Sachs International is not registered to trade in, or offer advice on investing, buying, or selling securities in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan residents should not deal with individuals who, or firms that, purport to sell securities in another entity, unless the individual or firm is registered to trade in or advise on securities in Saskatchewan.

If you have been contacted by Sachs International or anyone who claims to be acting on its behalf, please contact the Securities Division, Enforcement Branch at 306-787-5936.
